Rick J. Rosati is a Government Relations Consultant with the Government & Legislative Strategies Team at Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O'Gara LLC. For more than three decades, Mr. Rosati has successfully provided skilled advocacy services in public and regulatory affairs and legislative relations in Rhode Island on behalf of local, regional and national clients in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, including large trade organizations and Fortune 500 companies. His long-time government affairs experience, professionalism and lobbying expertise, coupled with his political acumen and hands-on approach to problem solving, has earned him a distinguished reputation.

As a former member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, Mr. Rosati brings a deep understanding and knowledge to his work as a political strategist with all levels of government, helping to shape legislation and build relationships with state and federal agencies and elected and appointed officials that are effective and vital to successful outcomes on behalf of his clients. His vast experience is multifaceted and includes issues management and public affairs, grassroots lobbying, political campaign organizing and management, public policy consulting and negotiations.

In addition to founding Rosati & Associates, Inc. in 1988, he has held executive leadership positions in the food, health care, nonprofit, education, and advertising and manufacturing industries, where he managed million dollar operating, personnel, government affairs and marketing budgets. Throughout his career, Mr. Rosati has been an active community volunteer, having served on various nonprofit boards and government advisory panels. He has also been appointed to numerous legislative commissions, representing his clients’ interests in policy development and legislative affairs. Mr. Rosati earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Roger Williams University and MBA from California Coast University.
